The Website is NOT the lender and does NOT provide any guarantees that the Lender will make a loan offer or any offer will establish specific loan terms and conditions. The Website connects our clients with lenders existing within our network (the “Lender Partners”).

Submitting the Request Form also allows the Website and the Lender Partners to contact you by email, telephone, or direct mail to process your request or provide you additional information. After receiving your Request Form, the Lender Partners review the data to determine whether the data meets their requirements or not. They have the right to perform a formal credit inquiry (Hard Check) or an informal inquiry (Soft Check) via TransUnion, Equifax, or Experian (the “Big Three”) or through other alternative agencies such as Microbilt, Teletrack, DP Bureau, or DataX. If your Request Form meets the set criteria, your application will be sent to the respective lender. Loanplaces.org does NOT have any further involvement with the loan procession. Thus, we advise you to thoroughly get acquainted with the Website’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Electronic Communications

After submitting your Request Form, you agree to receive notifications, disclosures, and other documents and communications from Loanplaces.org and the Lender Partners in an electronic form regarding your loan. Note that the Lender Partner is authorized to execute an electronic loan contract for further cooperation. Any of such electronic communication received has the form of “in writing” and has the same force and effect. Your electronic signature is as valid as a physical signature on a paper loan contract. The copy should be printed for records. For exact and specific details, please, contact the lender to learn more about this process.

Validity

By providing your data via the Request Form, you acknowledge the truthfulness and accuracy of the information; otherwise, Loanplaces.org is entitled to deny, cancel, or terminate your use of our Service.

Modifying the Services
